About Me

Learn more about my approach and see how I can help people of all ages and backgrounds.

My name is Heather Granger and I believe in a genuine, respectful, and non-judgemental approach when helping others achieve a greater sense of wellness and clarity in their lives. It is my belief that all individuals are unique and each person deserves to be listened to and accepted, and that we are all the best experts in our own lives. You will feel safe and supported as we work together to uncover your strengths and generate solutions to improve the challenging life situations that can and do arise. I would love to assist you on your individual journey towards increased coping skills, personal empowerment and mental wellness.

My education and life experiences have prepared me to work with people of all ages and from all backgrounds in life. I am a member in good standing with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT) and I am bound by their Rules and their Code of Ethics.

It can take courage to ask for help, and this is the first step. I am happy to meet with you for a free 20 minute consultation in person or over the phone to ensure we are a good fit. Counselling is a deeply personal journey and it’s important to find a counsellor that you are comfortable with to assist you on your path to greater wellness.
